It’s finally here!!!! Drum roll pleeeeease…
THE GIRL IN THE SNOW SEASON ONE PART TWOOOO!!!
In Anastasia’s POV
I walked up the snow covered steps of my home, smiling to myself.
I remembered the look on Faith’s face when I had given her the sweater. Then a thought crossed my mind. Is my sweater enough? And what about Faith’s family? Tonight is to be a very cold night!!! “Please protect Faith and her family tonight.” I prayed aloud.
I slid open the door.
I walked down the quiet hallway towards my room.
As I entered my room, I wondered what I should do until supper.
I glanced at my shelf, and decided to read a book.
I read for a while, and then I heard a sound at my door.
I looked up and saw my mother standing in the doorway.
“Hello, dear.” My mother smiled. “It’s time for supper. Why don’t you wash up and come downstairs?”
“Alright, Mother. I’ll be right down.”
Suddenly, my mother exclaimed, “Anastasia Copeland! What have you done with your sweater!?!? Certainly you haven’t lost it already!”
“I, uh, I haven’t lost it, Mother. I gave it to someone who needed it more than me…” I stammered.
“WHAT!?!? YOU GAVE AWAY YOUR NEW SWEATER!?!? THAT IS QUITE UNHEARD OF, DO YOU HEAR??? NEVER MIND WASHING UP, ANASTASIA. THERE WILL BE NO SUPPER FOR YOU TONIGHT, AND THAT IS FINAL!”
“Giving away a brand new sweater! Huh! We’ll see if you ever try to do THAT again, Anastasia Copeland!” I heard my mother mutter as she exited my room.
I took a deep breath and sighed. I should have known she would be upset… I thought despondently
Later that evening…
I was dressed in my nightgown, ready to go to bed. I fidgeted around nervously, thinking about Faith. I knew I couldn’t just sit around and let her family freeze!
I suddenly had an idea. I grabbed my dress. I have to do something. I will do something!
So that’s it, y’all!!!! I AM SO EXCITED TO SEE WHERE THIS IS GONNA GO!!!!
